New release of WormBase, WS169
WormBase has been updated to the WS169 release of the database. New features in this release include incorporation of nBrowse [read more...], an interactive interaction network browser. Links to nBrowse are displayed on the Gene Summary. In addition, new images on the Gene Summary and Expression Pattern pages provide a quick overviews of curated expression patterns for many genes. The next release of WormBase, WS170, will be our 8th "frozen" referential release.
