- Expr4758
To examine the localization of Ce-GnRHR, eggs were immunostained with the monoclonal antibody against human GnRHR1, or the anti-Ce-GnRHR antibody. Both the N-terminus (anti-human-GnRHR1 antibody) and C-terminus (anti-Ce-GnRHR antibody) antibodies immunolabeled the same structures, indicating that Ce-GnRHR is expressed in eggs. With both antibodies, intense staining was observed within the egg, but not the cuticle. Staining was not apparent in eggs treated with secondary antibody alone.
- Expr8535
Same expression pattern as antibody P20-6D, see Expr8534.
- Expr1559
Both antibodies localize to the pharyngeal muscle.
- Expr4743
The anti-CeTNI-4 antibody stained only the pharynx muscles.
- Expr10662
Antibody staining showed that USP-47 is present primarily in the germline.
- Expr4394
Antibody staining was detected in the H-shape excretory cells and the intestine.
- Expr8254
A polyclonal antibody of ADR-1 showed the highest protein levels in embryos.
- Expr3428
Expressed in pharyngeal glands, confirmed by co-staining with a gland-specific antibody, J126.
- Expr13853
An antibody against SPT-16 revealed expression in all tissues with predominance in the intestine.
- Expr16156
The same antibodies gave immunostaining patterns on C. elegans dauer larvae cuticles.
