Loss of daf-16 has no observable effect on PQM-1::GFP localization. Strikingly, in daf-2 mutants, where DAF- 16::GFP is strongly nuclear, RNAi knockdown of daf-16 significantly shifted PQM-1::GFP from the cytoplasm to the nucleus.
