| Pattern | Expression of PMK-3::GFP from its endogenous promoter using a fosmid-based construct confirmed that PMK-3::GFP is widely expressed throughout the animal. Strong PMK-3::GFP fluorescence was observed in nuclei of neurons surrounding the second pharyngeal bulb, where the cell bodies of the ciliated amphid channel neurons localize. PMK-3::GFP is mainly present in the nucleus, but was also detected in cilia and in the dendrites. | ||||
