| Subcellular_localization | Confocal microscopy and co-labeling with markers for the ER (TRAM-1) and trans- Golgi (APT-9) in the ASER neuron, revealed that GCY-22::GFP is present within both compartments. At the dendritic terminus, GCY-22::GFP is abundant at the periciliary membrane compartment (PCMC), a vestibule of the cilium.
