  Pattern: Two transcripts of 2.0 and 2.2 kb hybridize at roughly the same intensity. The highest level of expression is at embryo. Low levels of both transcripts can be detected in other stages (including oocytes) and this is substantially by longer exposures of the autoradiogram.
