Subcellular_localizationAntigen present near the cell surfaces.
TypeAntibody
PatternThe antigen recognized by 3NB12 first appears in embryos about 6 hours in development, which is shortly after the divisions generating the pharyngeal cells are completed. 3NB12 recognizes an antigen present near the surfaces and within all cells in the pharyngeal muscle sets 3, 4, 5 and 7. 7 of the cells stained by 3NB12 are derived from AB blastomere, and 14 are from P1. Staining was not observed in cells in sets 1, 2, 6, or 8 during any stage of embryogenesis. 3NB12 also recognize 4 cells in the tail, 2 of them are AB-derived intestinal muscles and the other two are small cells of unidentified identity.
RemarkProtein_Description: 3NB12 antigen.
