| Pattern | Strong consistent expression was seen in all four independent lines examined, but all were very mosaic and three least mosaic lines were retained. Expression was extensive and included nerve cells in the head, tail and ventral nerve cord, strong expression in the excretory cell, occasional weak expression in body wall muscle cells, adult tail hypodermis, the vulva, coelomocytes, pharynx and intestine, particularly anterior and posterior intestine. Expression was particularly strong in the elongating and fully elongated embryo, but expression starts at the comma stage. Expression through larval stages and through to adult is also quite strong. | ||
