  Pattern: All 8 independent lines showed same expression pattern although this was very weak in one line and quite weak in a second. There were multiple components to the pattern. The strongest component was the posterior of the pharynx, from late embryo to adult, and strongest in young larvae. Expression is also seen in the rest of the pharynx, but more weakly. Expression is also seen in nerve cells in the head, tail and ventral and dorsal cords, and in commissures, from late embryo to adult. Anterior and posterior intestine also showed expression but this may be artefact, as with the occasional expression in coelomocytes and anterior body wall muscle cell expression seen in some lines.
