| Pattern | Expression first appeared at approximately the 50 cell stage, later with respect to SWD-3::GFP (see Expr8345), and decreased in subsequent larval stages. In larvae the highest levels of expression were observed in intestinal cells, seam cells, hypodermal cells, VPCs, and DTCs. Expression in adult somatic cells was extremely weak. | |
