| Pattern | VPS-18::GFP was ubiquitously expressed in early embryo and appeared cytoplasmic. In early larvae, VPS-18::GFP was mainly seen in hypodermal cells, seam cells and some body-wall muscle cells. In adult hermaphrodite, VPS-18::GFP was detected in coelomocytes.
