| Pattern | Observation of mCherry signals indicates that F25B4.2 is expressed in ciliated neurons. Detailed analysis of F25B4.2 expression using dye-filling shows that F25B4.2 drives gene expression in ciliated neurons, including ASK, ADL, ASI, ASH, ASJ, PHA and PHB neurons. Expression in AWB was not found. Additional expression was also observed in muscle cells during larval stages but not in adults. | ||
