| Pattern | The GFP expression pattern was similar, if not identical, to that observed for UL4091, which was generated in a similar fashion to UL4105 but with gfp inserted just before the ztf-26 stop codon. In the L4 and adult GFP was observed in a few neurons in the head, plus many hypodermal nuclei throughout body. GFP was seen in 1 to 4 neurons in the head in younger larvae but this was much weaker than in UL4091. The brightest fluorescence was seen in many nuclei in the post-gastrulation embryo through to just before hatching but this disappears in the L1. | ||||
