Confocal images of adult nematodes prepared for immunohistochemistry using both affinity-purified rabbit anti-UNC-11 antisera and affinity-purified mouse anti-synaptotagmin antisera. Animals were double stained for UNC-11 with rhodamine-conjugated secondary antibody and for synaptotagmin with FITC-conjugated secondary antibody: wild-type (A-E). Anterior is left in all images.
