An NheI site was introduced 51 bp upstream of the fshr-1 stop codon and GFP(S65C) was inserted into this site to generate plasmid pDF97. The plasmid was sequenced for verification. pDF97 was injected into fshr-1(ok778) mutant animals at a concentration of 100 ng/ml to generate fdEx41 extrachromosomal expression line WY335 ( Cho et al,. 2007). | ||
