| Pattern | Expression is first seen in this strain in the 50 - 80 cell stage embryo and is not expressed beyond L1 stage larvae. The cells in which expression occurs are as yet unidentified. They mostly occur in pairs or quadruplets. A number of nuclei stain through to the 3-fold stage embryo, but only one staining nucleus is seen in L1 larvae. We will look into this pattern in greater detail. | ||
