| Pattern | Worms expressing mapk-15p::gfp display GFP expression in many, if not all, ciliated cells, including all amphid and phasmid neurons. Little or no GFP expression was observed in nonciliated cells, suggesting that MAPK-15 promoter activity is largely restricted to ciliated cells.
