TypeAntibodyPolyclonal rabbit antibody.
PatternPhas-1 is expressed only in the pharynx, from its early formation in the two-fold embryo, during the different larval stages until the adult. No other organs different from pharynx, in larvae and adults, or the early embryos, before the two-fold stage, seem to express Phas-1. By double staining of C. elegans pharynx with the anti-Phas-1 antibodies and phalloidin, which specifically binds to myosin of muscle cells, it seems that Phas-1 is expressed on muscle cell membrane.
