| Pattern | Strong expression is seen predominantly in the muscles of the pharynx, the pharyngeo-intestinal valve, and in cells surrounding the rectum, which appear to be the anal depressor muscle and the intestino-rectal valve. Other expression is occasionally seen in the vulval muscle cells (vm1 and vm2), bodywall muscle cell nuclei, and cells within the tail spike. Expression is seen from late embryo to adulthood. | ||
