| Subcellular_localization | NMY-2 and UNC-45 are concentrated at the cell cortex, and the staining patterns are largely coincident (although there are slight differences in intensity). Cortex staining for UNC-45 is apparent both where a fluorescent secondary antibody is used, and where UNC-45 antisera is directly labeled with a fluorescent marker (data not shown). Therefore, the two proteins colocalize in vivo, supporting the two-hybrid evidence that they may physically interact. | ||
