| Pattern | In embryos and L1 larvae, SDN-1::GFP was expressed in many tissues, including neurons, pharynx and hypodermis. In later larval stages and in adult worms, SDN-1::GFP was predominantly expressed in the nervous system, with strong expression in the nerve ring and the VNC motoneurons. Apart from the neuronal expression, SDN-1::GFP was also found at a lower level in the hypodermis and the vulval cells. | |||
