| Pattern | In accordance with previous observations, GFP::SKR-7 is widely expressed in L1 and L2 larvae, but is not apparent in L3, L4 or adult animals. GFP::SKR-7 was also detected throughout embryos. This embryonic expression pattern has not been reported, but is consistent with previous unpublished observations (K.
