Patternadult worms show nuclear localised staining in the three pm4 pharyngeal muscle cells (3 pairs of nuclei in total) which form the metacorpus. (n.b. we are unsure of the exact developmental profile for the receptor although similar staining patterns have been observed in some early larval stages (?L2/3 onwards) and stained nuclei have been seen in some developing eggs)
