| Pattern | This reporter (pSC15) was expressed in several tissues. In adults, this reporter was expressed highly in the intestine and in certain sensory neurons in the head and at lower levels in body-wall muscles and socket cells. During the last larval stage, GFP was visible in the vulva, in cells in the ventral nerve cord, and in cells in the tail. Larval stage animals expressed pSC15 at high levels in the hypodermis. Hypoxia treatment increased the levels of reporter gene expression. | |||
