| Pattern | Expression was seen in various tissues during all developmental stages. GFP expressed throughout the body, but more strongly in body wall muscles from early embryonic stages and persisted through adult stages. Fluorescence was also detected in several neuronal cells. The ventral nerve cord with distinct cell bodies, and excretory cells extending antero-posteriorly along the body also showed strong GFP expression. | |||
