| WBAntibody00002810 | Summary | Polyclonal antibodies against C. elegans UNC-45-His6 were generated by injecting recombinant protein into rabbits and collecting sera after several rounds of antigen boosting (performed by Gramsch laboratories). Antibodies were purified by applying sera onto an NHS-coupled resin (GE Healthcare) charged with untagged UNC-45-Strep. After extensive washing with PBS, the antibodies were eluted with 0.1 M Glycine pH 2.6, neutralized with 1 M Tris pH 8 and dialyzed into PBS containing 10% glycerol. | |
