Furthermore, unc-10(md330) and unc-10(md1117) both contain deletions of the vast majority of the rim-1 gene. Specifically, md1117 deleted 8.6 kb that extends from approximately 500 bp 5' of the atg to 200 bp 3' of the TAA of the rim-1 gene product.
