WBPaper00031703:heme_responsive_4 Description: heme-responsive genes identified using Affymetrix C.elegans whole genome microarrays. Category 4 genes were downregulated by 4um heme treatment. There was no change of expression by 500 um heme treatment. Gene expression profiles were categorized based on the fold changes relative to 20 uM heme samples. Summary of genes that showed change in their expression profiles in response to heme was determined by MAS 5.0 and RMA methods.
