Sequences was identified with methylation peaks in the top 1% of smoothed log2 ratios (log2 ratio > 1.5) and within the gene boundary or 2kb upstream of the translational start. This defined 1135 methylation peaks and 907 associated genes, with a false discovery rate of <5%. | ||
