(G) UNC-95 localization in the nucleus and cytoplasm of body wall muscles. Arrowhead indicates the nucleus. Expression is also detected in muscle arms (arrow). (H) UNC-95 is localized in the vulval muscles and is highly concentrated in the sites of muscle attachments to the hypodermis (two arrows indicate the strong GFP labeling in the region of attachment).
