The ventral and dorsal cords show punctate localization of the GFP-tagged endophilin protein (small arrows), consistent with a localization to neuromuscular junctions. Cell bodies of the motor neurons are only located in the ventral nerve cord (arrowheads).(D) Endophilin is mislocalized in a kinesin mutant.
