| WBPicture0000009844 | Description | For the nca-1 construct, the fluorescence pattern exhibited by a typical L3 hermaphrodite is shown. GFP expression is observed in a subset of neurons in the pharyngeal nervous (PN) system, in numerous unidentified nerve ring (NR) interneurons, and in a subset of motor neurons of the ventral nerve cord (VNC). Expression is also observed in a few cell bodies of the dorsorectal and lumbar ganglia (bracket). Scale bar represent 50 mm. We would like to thank A.
