| WBPicture0000009845 | Description | For the nca-2 construct (bottom), the fluorescence pattern exhibited by a typical L4 hermaphrodite is shown. Expression is observed in a few neurons of the pharyngeal nervous system (PN), in numerous unidentified NR interneurons, in most motor neurons of the VNC, and in neurons and muscle cells in the tail (arrow). Diffuse GFP expression is also observed in vulval muscles (VM) and diffusely in the intestine (INT). Scale bar represents 50 mm. We would like to thank A.
