WBPicture0000011913DescriptionSUPPLEMENTAL FIGURE 3. Cellular localization of C. elegans ADR-1. Embryos were lysed and fractions corresponding to the nuclei and cytoplasm were isolated. The cytoplasm was further separated into a soluble (S-100) and pellet (P-100) fraction by a 100,000g spin. The fractions were then subjected to SDS-PAGE and western blotting for C. elegans ADR-1, a soluble cytoplasmic protein (HSP-90), and a nuclear protein (Histone H4).
