Confocal images of GFP::AGEF-1 specifically expressed in coelomocytes under the control of the unc-122 promoter in strains carrying integrated RME- 8::mRFP (A), integrated pcc1::mCherry::RAB-7 (B), or integrated pcc1::mCherry::CUP-5 (C). GFP::AGEF-1 was observed on endosomes where it overlapped with RME-8::mRFP (A), on late endosomes plus lysosomes marked by mCherry::RAB-7 (B), or on lysosomes marked by mCherry::CUP-5 (C). Arrows indicate vesicles where co-localization is clearly visible. GFP::AGEF-1 images were acquired using 50% laser power and mCherry/mRFP marker images were acquired using 100% laser power.
