TreatmentOvernight cultures of RNAi feeding clones were plated onto 24-well RNAi plates and incubated at 25 degrees Celsius for 1 day. About 100 synchronized L1 stage agIs17[irg-1p::GFP] animals per well were fed on these RNAi plates for two days at 20 degrees Celsius until L4/young adult stage. These animals were then screened for GFP expression.
