| Subcellular_localization | SULP-2::GFP was expressed in a distribution nearly identical to that of SULP-8::GFP. However, the sulp-2 translational fusion was also expressed in the cephalic neurons, in which it localized to the sensillar endings in the nose. The SULP-2 translational fusion protein was also expressed in the anterior deirid (ADE) and posterior deirid (PDE) neurons, in which the protein accumulated at the deirid sensilla located within the alae on the lateral lines. Weak GFP expression in these neurons was observed in the transcriptional fusion as well. | ||
