| Pattern | lat-1::gfp is expressed during epidermal dorsal intercalation of the epidermis, specifically only in left epidermoblasts. This results in a highly reproducible zebra-like pattern on the dorsal epidermis prior to syncytial fusion of these cells. In contrast, both nonsuperficial neuroblasts and right intercalating epidermoblasts are devoid of lat-1::gfp expression. Using 4D microscopy lat-1 expression was mapped to ABplaaaap daughters, ABarppaapa, and all four Caaa grand-daughters. | |||
