| Pattern | In transgenic animals, sgk-1::gfp expression starts in late embryos just before hatching. In the tail, sgk-1::gfp is expressed in the sensory neurons PHA and PHB and in the interneurons LUA (identified by costaining with DiI). sgk-1::gfp expression was also observed in the motor neurons of the ventral nerve cord and in the intestine. | ||
