Interaction_summaryIn wild-type or rae-1+/-animals, RPM-1::GFP is localized to perisynaptic puncta in many neurons, and our analysis specifically focused on the nerve ring, the dorsal cord, and the SAB neurons. In rae-1-/- animals, we observed no change in the punc- tate localization or in the levels of RPM-1::GFP in the nerve ring, dorsal nerve cord, or the SAB neurons. These results demonstrate that rae-1 is not required for localization of RPM-1, and are consistent with rae-1 functioning down- stream of rpm-1.
